**Production Note: There may be slight variations in color for the finished product than was displayed due to computer screen monitors vs actual printed material. PRODUCTION: I work with another manufacturing/printing production partner who is located in China. After ordering your product and chosen design it is then printed on the appropriate material. After printing and quality control your material is then sewn together with several additional quality control steps throughout the process. Once complete it is nicely packaged and sent to shipping department. Please note the process of making and packaging your handbag - made specifically just for you - can take 3-4 days BEFORE shipping.
SHIPPING: As noted above this handbag is shipping from China and once shipped can take 10-20 days for delivery. Shipping tracking is available and will be forwarded to you. For orders in the United States once arrived and processed through customs the last few steps on its way to you typically is USPS. (Several shipping partners may be required for delivery) **Shipping delays around the HOLIDAYS can be expected and can add another 3-5 days to the process. Order early for Christmas!!!!!! (Think November!)
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Cancellations are only allowed for 2 hrs after order is placed as I push the order to our production partner ASAP. Unfortunately, we do not carry inventory at this time and due to each handbag being custom made for you at the time of your order we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, In the event of a defective product please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
